Russian Entry Visa

All travellers to Russia require an entry visa. We provide all clients with the official invitation which is necessary to obtain the entry visa. Our Study Visa may be prolonged in Russia for desired period of time. In order to prepare your documents we need from 24 hours to one month (for long-term visa). Some delay are possible due to the big amount of invitations are processed during the hot saisons, so please send the documents in advance. The Enrollment fee for your document's processing is EURO 75.
To obtain the official invitation from our Centre the following paperwork should be submitted to our office:
  1. Filled-in enrollment form
  2. A photocopy of your valid passport, pages with photo.
If you have prolonged your passport, please include the pages with stamp of prolongation. Your pass must be valid for not less than three months prior to the intended date of departure from Russia. You can send this documents by regular mail to our International mail address in Finland or by fax in St. Petersburg If you prefer to send this documents by e-mail (scanned variant), you're welcome. Arrival and beginning of tuition

If you stay with a Russian family, your accommodation is paid on the weekly basis. You may arrive any day you wish and any time. You will be met at the airport by our staff and taken straight to your host family or other point of destination. Transfer from the airport is included in the package you have booked and therefore free of charge. Additional days in the host family will be charged at EURO 27 per day.
